1. making puffing sound
2. longing eagerly, or
3. throbbing.

Any of the above might explain her unhappy expression and/or the interest of the horse in her groinal area.

IMHO

There is something inherently wrong with the word "bazinga" appearing on a "babydoll" T-shirt.
